- Easy to use
- This slide gate can be operated with different kind of plate which means independence for the steel plant.
- Visual control of the slide gate is possible by means of indicator pins, which are visible from the outside. They can indicate installation failures of plates and inner nozzles.
- The slide gate gets clamped by a light hydraulic cylinder.
- Simple, inexpensive upgrade to a gas-carrying model is easily possible (installation of seals and feeding of inert gas
